You must choose the right event according to the session time that suits. You're booking the same time for 4 consecutive weeks.

You don't need to bring anything, but if you have your own paddle you might like to bring that. Some people like to wear nose clips and others find that goggles or a diver's mask help them to see what the paddle's doing whilst they're learning.
