Training for those already with some sea experience who wish to work towards 3 Star level.
There will be 3 one-day sessions on the sea aimed at improving confidence in controlling the boat on moving water.
For those wishing to take the 3 Star assessment (not included in the course) you will also need to be able to roll and have some knowledge of navigation and bouys. This will not be covered on this course.
Coaches can help with rolling at our regular Monday evening pool sessions. An evening session at the Clubhouse can be arranged to cover the navigation/theory, if there is demand for it.
