This is a taster or introductory session. Under COVID -19 protocols our changing facilities are not in use and we will ask if you have or had COVID-19 symptoms. If you have symptoms you will not be able to participate. A Track and Trace process is in place. The aim is to provide a fun and enjoyable introductory session to the sport. You will be wet but we do not want you to swim.
Please register and arrive on time. After kit issue and fitting and a short briefing will will be on the water.
