An introduction to the sport under the guidance of knowledgeable and experienced coaches and leaders. This is designed as a fun and enjoyable session.
Two coaches allow us to take 10 people but there will be two groups.
Due to COVID-19 precautions the changing facilities are not available and we ask you come dressed ready to participate.
You will be asked if you have or had COVID-19 and if so you will not be able to participate. We have a Track and Trace process in place.
You will get wet but we do not want you to swim!
