A warm up in the bay, a gentle mouch about round the rocks etc, followed by a bit of a trip there and back (most likely west towards Ilfracombe).
Nothing too strenuous as many people haven't been on the sea for a while.
Weather forecast is light winds (F2 gusting 3). Southerly veering to NE later in the day. Tides are springs so 1.5-2.0 knots. Flowing east to west until 1410 then west to east.
