An introductory session that is designed to showcase the sport and after lockdown give a sense of fun and enjoyment in the outdoors.
Unfortunately, the clubs changing facilities are still unavailable so we ask that you come changed and bring a set of spare clothes with you. You will need swimsuit plus a T shirt top and a lightweight cagoule/waterproof/windproof garment. You will get wet but there is no intention for you to go swimming. You will need hard soled footwear and an old pair of trainers will be good for this.
We provide the boats, buoyancy aids, paddles, helmets and instructors please come along with enthusiasm and a sense of humour.
