Use of your contact details by Bath Canoe Club

By providing contact details you agree to Bath Canoe Club (BCC) using these (excluding next-of-kin contacts) to contact you in relation to your membership, BCC activities and events, and other canoeing related activities offered by third parties that BCC think may be of interest. You also agree to other club members being able to contact you indirectly via the emailing list (e.g.'all@bathcanoeclub..'), although they will not have sight of your actual email address. BCC will not pass your contact details to third parties, other than the relevant authorities (e.g. police) in the event of an emergency. As we are covered by British Canoeing for insurance on events and activities they will also have contact details specifically for this purpose only.  From time to time BCC posts images of our activities on its website and in its clubhouse and by being a member of the club you agree to your image being used should it appear on the photograph of a club event.

Next-of-kin details will only be used in an emergency, or, if it is important that we contact you and cannot reach you direct. BCC will not pass your next-of-kin details to third parties, other than the relevant authorities (e.g. police) in the event of an emergency. By providing next-of-kin details you agree to BCC using them in this way.
