This is a pleasant paddle along the Dorset coast. With the AGM on the previous evening it may make getting up early a bit of a struggle but nothing ventured....
We should be on the water by about 10:30 which will mean getting there about 09:30. Assuming sea conditions are slight the launch site will be just to west of the Cobb on Monmouth Beach. There is a small car park and a carry through the beach huts, over the shingle to the waters edge. The Monmouth Beach car park is at grid SY336915, DT7 3JN.
I'll send out instructions to registrands a few days before the trip.
You must satisfy yourself that this trip is suitable for you, that you are sufficiently experienced, able and willing to paddle at the advertised level. For detailed guidance, see trip categoristion. If in doubt, seek guidance from the advertised leader before registering.
You must register if you intend to come. Places are restricted in an effort to maintain an acceptable leader/participant ratio. When the list is full names can still be registered as reserves and the leader will notify you if you may join the trip.
