I hope the weather will hold out for this week-end, which may be the last camping week-end of the year - or am I becoming too soft....?
[23 Sep 24 Update] Sat weather looks to be reasonable but wind seems to be strengthening and swinging to the south on Sun which may force a N Cornwall paddle.
The plan will be to camp at Covarack Camping arriving on Fri, to be fresh for the next day's paddle. Sat trip will be from Cadgwith around Lizard to Kynance Cove, not big on distance (approx 8km) but plenty to do along the way. Sunday trip may be from Covarack to Cadgwith.
LW slack off Lizard is around 1230hrs on Sat (+1 hr for Sun) and the tides are on neaps.
This trip is definitely only for the Intermediate standard paddlers, so should be confident paddling to Explore standard (3*).
