The ebb tide starts to run about 12:30 along the Purbeck cliffs so that should be ideal for a lunch from Kimmeridge and dash towards Swanage and back. Clearly this is weather dependant. There are options such as Salcombe to Start Pt which we may consider but for planning purposes let's go for Kimmeridge.
Meeting time should be 09:30. Use the car park by the toilet block having dropped your boat by the slipway. BH20 5PE, w3w ///jammy.winners.speedy, OS Grid Ref: SY 910 787. Note that there is a Toll Road to get to the launch site and this is about £12 and includes parking and kayak launching.
