This event is ideal for those who recently completed a Discover course or who are still uneasy or lacking in confidence paddling on the sea. It's also be a good day out for anyone wanting to visit a lovely sandy beach and then Old Harry rocks. For beginners, my aim will be to do a little teaching and some paddling around to Old Harry and a little way beyond.
We meet at Knoll Beach National Trust car park, just south of the café by the beach huts: BH19 3AQ, w3w ///slurred.sensual.afflicted, OS Grid Ref: SZ 033 835.
You must satisfy yourself that this trip is suitable for you, that you are sufficiently experienced, able and willing to paddle at the advertised level. For detailed guidance, see trip categorisation. If in doubt, seek guidance from the advertised leader before registering.
You must register if you intend to come. Places are restricted in an effort to maintain an acceptable leader/participant ratio. When the list is full you can still be register on the waiting list and the leader will notify you if you may join the trip.
